Due to all the stuff we do with our arms out in front of us (driving, computers), many of us have developed a really tight chest and shoulders, and hyperkyphosis of the thoracic spine. This class will help to mobilize the shoulders and thoracic spine and help to restore the stability of the scapulae. (This class is a replay from a few years ago…enjoy!) Equipment Needed:
Half Dome, Block, Bolster, Elastic Tubing (light resistance, preferably with flexible handles)

If you spend considerable time at a computer or doing focused handwork, or simply have some degree of hyperkyphosis and/or internally rotated arms, this class will help unwind the tension from your neck all the way down to your fingertips. Do you have an egghole? This is a great test. When your shoulder joint is aligned appropriately, you should have a little divot in your armpit, about the size of an egg. If you don’t, this is an area that needs to be addressed. This class will address the “egghole” and how to test for it. Equipment Needed:
