Move Your DNA Weekend Workshops

A 2-DAY WORKSHOP
Based around the book Move Your DNA

Join us for a fun-filled, two-day intensive designed to give you hands-on guidance for all of the exercises covered in Move Your DNA: Restore Your Health Through Natural Movement

Taught by two Nutritious Movement™ certified Restorative Exercise Specialists, Galina Denzel and Breena Maggio, the course includes practice of over 30 exercises, outdoor movement time, minimal footwear/ barefoot experiences, and a chance to explore the movements and connect with other natural movement and alignment aficionados.

FREE Intro to Alignment 1A Group Class:
Date: Saturday, April 30th, 10:15-11:15am

This is a free class for anyone who hasn't had a 1A Intro Session or anyone who would like a refresher. Space is limited, so pre-registration is requested. Email info@alignmentbeach.com to sign up. This is a great way to introduce friends or loved ones to the foundational concepts of alignment. We will be offering these free classes on a quarterly basis.

G.A.I.T. Lab is happening again!
This is one of our most popular classes!

Begins Monday, April 25th, 6pm

Gait Alignment Implementation Technique
Learn how to implement appropriate alignment for better walking.

This 4-week series will take place partly "in the lab" (in the studio), and partly outdoors for "real life" practice as well, so please wear or bring appropriate walking shoes*. We will cover the essentials of gait mechanics and progress through the basic motor skills and alignment principles necessary for a body that is able to walk for better health and minimal joint damage.
*Appropriate walking shoes are shoes that connect to your foot and preferably do not have a positive heel.

Dates/Times: 4 Mondays, 6-7pm, April 25th - May 16th

We will follow up this class with two more Gait Series: "Bare Your Sole: Transitioning to Barefoot Walking" and a "Hiking Prep" course.
GAIT Lab is a great "gait basics" series and is recommended for anyone who walks, and will be helpful if you plan to attend either or both of the next two Gait Series.
